Provide program-level oversight for portfolio, spanning regional budget management and end-to-end delivery accountability from feasibility studies through closeout. Serve as the first point of triage for all asks, delegating work to local PMs while mobilizing the required cross-functional partners and external delivery teams (e.g., GCs and architects) to produce rapid feasibility studies (scope, schedule, cost) for stakeholder decision-making.
Ensure disciplined program governance and consistent delivery practices across active projects, maintaining stakeholder alignment and providing escalation support to keep work on track and compliant with broader program objectives.
Typical project examples include highly technical retrofits in engineering spaces. This role requires a hands-on Real Estate & Construction Program Manager who can lead MEP-intensive capital projects in a live hardware engineering R&D environment (server and microchip test/validation labs). Success depends on technical fluency across power, cooling, controls, and lab constraints (vibration/EMI, cleanliness/ESD), paired with disciplined day-to-day field execution—phasing work around active testing, coordinating shutdowns, managing vendors/trades, and removing blockers quickly.
The ideal candidate is strong in scope, schedule, and cost control, with tight change management and clear decision documentation.
