About the Role

CBRE's North York office  is actively seeking a Sales Brokerage Associate who will have the unique opportunity to learn and develop their skillsets from our research team (while obtaining his/her commercial real estate license). The individual should be enthusiastic and motivated with excellent relationship building skills. The role will allow you to become a resource to our brokers for the North York market activity.  


What You’ll Do

  • Interact and develop working relationships with landlords, brokers, researchers, and clients on requirements;
  • Obtain market data from landlords, developers, and other agencies monthly and update CBRE’s database;
  • Compile Montreal market statistics and information for CBRE market reports and publications;
  • Work directly with brokers to produce timely markets studies, tour books and presentations slides;
  • Respond to various information requests (zoning, ownership, taxes, etc.) and special projects as required;
  • Become a resource for brokers for market activity and information;
  • Other duties may be assigned.


What You’ll Need

  • Relevant post-secondary education;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
  • Client focused approach, and strong organizational skills;
  • Willingness to obtain a real estate trading license.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience.
