About the Role
Step into the center of the action as a CBRE Real Estate Services Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and vendors in a premium Class A office environment.
In this fast-paced, people-focused role, you won’t be working alone — you’ll collaborate closely with a high‑performing property management team dedicated to creating a best‑in‑class experience for our clients and building occupants.
This position is part of our Property Management function, which is responsible for operating and enhancing some of the most impressive buildings on behalf of our clients. Your work helps ensure that these spaces run smoothly, feel welcoming, and operate at the highest standards.
What You’ll Do
- Manage, prioritize, and triage incoming work orders to ensure timely response and resolution.
- Serve as a key point of contact for tenants, delivering strong customer service and daily support.
- Coordinate with vendors, schedule services, manage building access, and track project updates.
- Partner with building technicians and vendors to compile and maintain lists of maintenance items.
- Assist with administrative tasks including answering phones, filing, copying, and general team support.
- Communicate with tenants regarding routine matters and building needs.
- Maintain and organize essential building records such as leases and insurance certificates.
- May prepare internal lease documents, including lease abstracts, as directed.
- Participate in lease administration activities including setup, changes, documentation, and reporting.
- Enter invoices into the accounting system and route originals to accounting for payment processing.
- Engage in rent collection communications and outreach to tenants where permitted.
- Work with landlords and the property team to support smooth building operations.
- Follow established procedures and processes to resolve routine issues and deliver accurate work.
- Complete assigned tasks under supportive supervision with clear expectations and defined methods.
What You’ll Need:
- A high school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job‑related experience.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to exchange clear, straightforward information with tenants, vendors, team members, and landlords.
- A preference for experience in Class A office environments.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to follow standard work routines, procedures, and established methods.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- An inquisitive mindset that supports effective handling of various administrative and operational tasks.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Real Estate Services Coordinator position is $33.65 hourly and the maximum salary for the Real Estate Services Coordinator is $36.06 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
