About the Role:
As a Property Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial planning and analysis function, providing advanced financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support to senior management and other stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide supervision, performance reviews, and mentorship to team members
- Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives
- Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values
- Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures
- Work to build consensus
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts for various business units
- Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders and teams
- Identify and analyze complex financial issues and develop recommendations for resolution
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience
- Thorough understanding of accounting fundamentals required
- In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job
- function and basic knowledge of related job functions required
- Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information
- Expert knowledge of Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset
- Exceptional math skills with the ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Property Management Accountant position is $30.29 hourly and the maximum salary for the Property Management Accountant position is $32.21 hourly. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
