About the Role:
As the CBRE Property Management Client Intelligence Lead for Europe, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Senior Business Development personnel both on European and in-country levels, providing data analysis and insights to support client engagement and proposals. The aim is to foster collaboration on strategic initiatives aimed at client acquisition and retention, to provide a strategic outlook to client landscape and to regularly benchmark progress and performance.
What You’ll Do:
Research & Insights
• Conduct comprehensive internal and external research to identify market trends, client needs, and competitive dynamics
• Analyze data to provide insights that drive business strategy and growth initiatives
• Define and quantify total addressable market for Property Management targets across Europe
• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables
• Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and other relevant parties
• Evaluate client portfolios and structures (e.g., open-ended funds, closed-ended funds, REITs, family offices) to understand governance models and performance drivers
• Monitor global and regional stock markets, macroeconomic indicators, and sector-specific trends to identify opportunities and risks
• Track leasing and investment transactions across relevant markets, raising alerts on strategic implications
• Benchmark client performance against industry standards and peer groups
• Translate complex market and client intelligence into actionable recommendations for senior leadership
Financial Modelling & Pricing
• Create and maintain financial models to assess business opportunities, forecast revenue, and evaluate pricing strategies, with a focus on comprehensive talent cost analysis, OpEx benchmarking, NOI optimization and comprehensive G&A strategy, ultimately driving unique commercial structures for our clients
• Utilize financial insights to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Coordinate with Finance and PM leadership to develop pricing strategies, financial models, deal underwriting, forecasting, profitability analysis and financial risk mitigation for new business initiatives, ensuring alignment with market conditions and organizational goals
• Analyze pricing performance and make recommendations for adjustments based on market feedback and financial outcomes.
• Support client-facing activities, including pitch and workshop contribution, messaging and alignment with relevant SMEs, providing data driven decisions and recommendations.
Performance Tracking, Reporting
• Monitor and report on the performance of implemented strategies and projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders
• Monitor multiple metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and adjust strategies as needed, e.g. Client Profitability vs Pricing, Share of Wallet, Attachment, Client Engagement across European countries, etc.
• Support the development of Property Management data projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that support business objectives
• Move the organization from reactive reporting to predictive analytics, supporting strategic planning and client engagement including trend analysis, share-of-wallet metrics, and benchmarking KPIs for client profitability
• Facilitate data integration between global platforms and actively develop and implement Property Management data projects aimed at improving service delivery and operational efficiency, including creating dashboards, automating reporting, and integrating systems for real-time insights
What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
