A rare opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the day to day operations of a premium Melbourne CBD commercial asset within a flagship Charter Hall portfolio.

This position combines operational leadership with strategic partnership, working alongside institutional stakeholders to enhance building performance, strengthen governance standards and deliver an exceptional tenant experience.

You will be instrumental in maintaining the asset’s reputation as a top tier investment grade property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full spectrum of facilities operations for a premium commercial tower
  • Build strong working relationships with Charter Hall asset management teams
  • Deliver initiatives that elevate sustainability, ESG outcomes and operational efficiency
  • Lead contractor management, procurement activities and service delivery
  • Maintain compliance, risk management and governance frameworks
  • Control operating budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
  • Foster strong, service driven relationships with tenants
  • Provide leadership, coaching and support to an on site facilities team member

About You
  • Proven background in managing facilities within a high quality, premium office asset
  • Experience supporting institutional landlords or working in a landlord side environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Solid technical capability across building systems and statutory compliance
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing operational budgets
  • A proactive, polished and customer focused leadership style
