About the role

The Organization & Work Design Transformation Lead will define and implement the future state HR operating model enabled by Agentic AI — clarifying how work shifts between humans and agents, how roles evolve, and how HR capabilities are rearchitected for scale and efficiency. 


What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute on AI enabled HR operating models across service delivery, centers of excellence, and business partnering. 
  • Redefine roles, accountabilities, and skills in a human AI workforce. 
  • Lead job architecture, role clarity, and workforce impact assessments. 
  • Partner with Change and Knowledge leads to ensure org design is adoptable and sustainable. 
  • Support workforce planning decisions (build, buy, borrow, bot). 
  • Advise senior HR leaders on structural implications of AI adoption.

  • 10+ years in organization design, workforce transformation, or operating model redesign. 
  • Experience designing org models in large, complex, global HR environments. 
  • Strong understanding of how AI and automation reshape work and capability requirements. 
  • Expertise in job architecture, role design, and governance models. 
  • Highly credible advisor to senior HR and business leaders.
