JOB SUMMARY

The Asset and Investment Manager support the strategic, financial, operational, and legal management of the company’s real estate portfolio. The role contributes to value creation by assisting in strategy formulation, asset performance evaluation, investment planning, and oversight of risk and compliance matters. It ensures that all asset-related activities, including acquisitions, redevelopment, divestment, record management, and valuation are documented, analyzed, and implemented in alignment with corporate objectives.


The position works closely with internal stakeholders, external consultants, regulators, and cross functional teams to provide insights, reports, and recommendations that strengthen the real estate portfolio’s long‑term performance and sustainability.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Licensed Electrical/Mechanical Engineer (Required)
At least 5 years experience in managing multiple offices
Experience in laboratory technical equipment and systems is highly advantageous
Has knowledge in fleet management
Amenable for domestic travel
