Junior PIMO
Assist the team in maintaining data integrity between source systems, and in providing reporting and analytics in support of customer requirements and continuous improvement opportunities.
Creates, maintains, and distributes routine reports (operational and tactical) for client and CBRE account team.
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for key business systems. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance and/or training.
Training
- General training deck updates and amendments to ensure information is current and relevant
Facilitates the maintenance and reporting of benchmarks and performance metrics. Ownership, data entry, reporting and ongoing monitoring and follow up for Value Track system, including liaison with Regional Operations Managers and Site Leads.
Retrieves and organizes data into required reporting formats to provide a basis for comparison and evaluation.
Contributes in the development of the Quarterly Business Review and other client presentations.
Executes and improves data verification, analysis, reporting and visualization activities.
Works effectively with global PIMO to support their efforts in managing projects for success.
Communication and follow up with internal and external customers on data issues and ad hoc report requests.
Other duties as follows:
Global Support
- To work with the Area Leaders and Site Managers to ensure that the legal compliance programme is fully embedded within the facilities that are within their scope of responsibility
- Provide legal compliance monthly metrics and reports that provide the service delivery management team with operational status, failure trends and red alert flags
Preparation of material, including Tableau and CMMS reporting, meeting coordination and invites, and notes as a result of the meeting content.
Regional governance calls preparation with nominated representatives. Monitored outcomes include QHSE performance, safety performance, regional performance – statutory compliance, other Planned maintenance and open Service requests
General IT queries with regards location of information and general training support for new users
Quality Auditing – Quality Processing and ensuring documentation information is accurately stored in SharePoint for easy access during audits
Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to think critically and effectively present information. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. Excellent knowledge Microsoft applications with emphasis on MS Excel.
