We are seeking a capable and organised Valuation Coordinator to join our Whangārei office, supporting local valuers in a close‑knit regional team environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accuracy, and likes being the trusted support person who keeps everything on track.
The Opportunity - Te āheinga
Working closely with valuers and the regional leadership team, you will provide high-level administrative and coordination support, including:
- Coordinate end‑to‑end valuation report production, ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
- Source and compile supporting property information including titles, rating data, maps, and market research
- Prepare and finalise valuation reports, correspondence, invoices, and client deliverables using Microsoft Office and valuation systems
- Provide research and data support for internal review, client presentations, and marketing materials
- Act as the first point of contact for the Whangārei office, managing calls, emails, correspondence, and document flow
- Deliver general office and team support including records management, meeting coordination, audio‑visual setup, and informal assistance to colleagues
About You – Mō koe
- 2–3 years’ experience in an administration or coordinator role, ideally within property, professional services, or a corporate environment
- Strong systems capability, particularly with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced office environment
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client‑focused approach
- Enjoys being based in the office and working closely with a local team (5 days per week, with flexibility considered after initial period)
