About the Role
- At CBRE, our people are our greatest asset. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in building high‑performing, diverse teams that drive our business forward. You’ll lead end‑to‑end recruitment strategies, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and influence hiring outcomes across all levels—from early career to executive leadership.
- This is a strategic, high‑impact role within our Talent Acquisition function, focused on delivering best‑in‑class sourcing, hiring, and workforce solutions across the business.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage large‑scale recruitment programs and creative hiring campaigns
- Source top talent through social media, professional networks, and innovative channels
- Deliver both internal and external hiring solutions aligned to business priorities
- Design, implement, and train teams on recruitment enhancements and best practices
- Partner with leaders to educate and guide on staffing strategies, compliance, and career planning
- Track recruiting metrics and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
- Mentor and coach junior Talent Acquisition partners, raising capability across the team
- Recruit across a broad range of roles, from entry‑level to senior executive positions
- Influence senior stakeholders by communicating complex ideas and guiding decision‑making
- Contribute to new processes, standards, and operational plans that support functional goals
- Lead by example, consistently modeling CBRE RISE values
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant talent acquisition experience
- (Equivalent experience and education will be considered)
- Proven ability to think innovatively and go beyond standard recruitment solutions
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to deliver outcomes that impact the business
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Highly organized with a curious, analytical, and consultative mindset
- Strong numerical and analytical capability, including interpreting recruitment and business metrics
