We are looking for an Advisor / Senior Advisor to join our growing Occupier Accounts team in Finland, within the Advisory business.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual who is eager to deepen their expertise in commercial real estate advisory and work with leading Finnish and global occupier clients.
What will you be doing?
As an Advisor / Senior Advisor in our Occupier Accounts team, you will play an active role in delivering a wide range of advisory and leasing services for occupier clients. You will manage client assignments and transaction processes with increasing independence, while collaborating closely with senior colleagues and international CBRE teams.
You will be involved in shaping leasing strategies, managing transactions, and advising clients on portfolio decisions across Finland and internationally. The role will be tailored based on your experience, strengths, and interests, with scope to take on greater responsibility as you progress.
Your key responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day client interaction and acting as a key contact for defined assignments.
- Independently running leasing transactions and workplace related projects, with senior support where required
- Analyzing client portfolios, lease structures, and upcoming real estate decisions
- Preparing and presenting client facing materials, including market overviews, financial analyses, strategic portfolio material, and transaction updates
- Coordinating lease renewals, new site searches, and other transaction activities together with local and international brokers
- Reviewing commercial terms, lease structures, and financial implications of transactions
- Monitoring transaction progress and maintaining accurate reporting, forecasts, and commission tracking
- Contributing to proposals, pitches, and the development of client relationships
- Collaborating with colleagues across service lines and geographies to ensure seamless service delivery
What are we looking for?
We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded, and solution‑oriented professional with strong analytical and organizational skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a client‑facing advisory role and communicating clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing.
You should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a structured manner and have a genuine interest in commercial real estate, leasing, and corporate occupier clients.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as Real Estate Economics, Business/Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar
- Advisor: typically, 2–4 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, leasing, consulting, or a related field
- Senior Advisor: typically, 5+ years of relevant experience with proven ability to independently manage transactions and client relationships
- Previous experience in advisory and leasing services is considered a strong advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial analysis, cash flow modelling, or lease comparisons is an advantage
- Real estate broker license is beneficial but not required
