About the role
- Master platforms like CBRE's Deal Tracker and Salesforce to manage vital property data and stocklists, ensuring accuracy and providing crucial insights that drive deal success.
- Create and coordinate marketing materials and processes, from internet listings to presentations, collaborating with sales and leasing agents to showcase properties and attract top-tier clients.
- Support development of persuasive information memorandums and submissions using your skills in PowerPoint and InDesign, turning data into compelling narratives that help our teams close deals.
- Manage the client contact database and enquiries, ensuring seamless communication that foster client loyalty and drive repeat business.
- Prepare insightful cashflow analyses and handle essential financial tasks like lodging trust deposits, playing a key role in the financial success of each transaction and the overall team.
About you:
- Prior experience working within a related role, commercial real estate industry advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.
- Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
