| Job Summary:
The Helpdesk Executive is responsible for receiving and recording the requests / complaints from the occupants (Clients). To act as a First level SPOC in the site (IT Park) for all service related complaints / Queries. Role and Responsibilities: 1. Receive and log occupant (Clients) requests/complaints using FM Smart Software. Any revision in the roles and responsibility will be reviewed and update in every quarter. Note: English & Regional Language are mandatory. |
