 Global Data Manager Support

As a CBRE BSO Portfolio Services Global Data Manager Support, you will be accountable for ensuring data consistency and accuracy across dedicated Client real estate portfolios. In the role, you will be accountable for making sure database standards are developed and maintained. 
This job is within and acts as senior support to the wider Account Management Team, which is the strategic client-facing part of Portfolio Services department.

What You’ll Do:

  • Accountable for developing and maintaining portfolio and lease administration data integrity, accuracy, quality, and completeness.
  • Responsible for improvement projects to drive data integrity and improve internal controls and supports portfolio data projects and initiatives. 
  • Provides support to a wider account teams, ie EM&T, Technology and coordinates required training to Responsible Parties
  • Facilitates PTE communication in relation to Data Management related matters, including key priorities and initiatives; ensures Responsible Parties are well informed about new data requirements and process changes  
  • Portfolio data reporting.
  • Support and closely cooperate with Global Data Managers, acting as their back-up and ongoing consultant for any database management items. 
  • Contribute to the strategic division of Account Management, quality initiatives and global client care by making sure high data standards are maintained and constantly improving across clients.
  • Take part in externally client-facing meetings and initiatives related to database management and data management holistically. 
  • Periodic review of documentation such as customizations and abstraction standards.
  • Act as point of contact for all data quality related items.
  • Act as Subject Matter Experts of the database that the Client is operating on. 
  • Regular touch point with Client and Account Team in relation to the Data standards.

What You’ll Need:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English. 
  • Professional experience in analysing commercial real estate lease documents is a must (preferred candidates originate from Database Management or Rent Management operations with excellent quality results, transaction knowledge is a plus). 
  • Strong attention to details and have very good organizational skills.
  • Pro-activity and flexibility.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Interest and experience in data monitoring dashboards, openness to automations and tools including development and testing.
  • Reliable, committed, team player, and fast learner.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  
  • Able to work under time pressure to meet deadlines while managing conflicting priorities.
