CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate property management. We are recruiting a Global Alliance Director to join our team in Brussels or London.
As a Global Alliance Director, you will manage the contractual relationship, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to develop the business relationship and contract value. The Global Alliance Director will ensure alignment between the account organization and other departments within GWS to maximize value creation and ensure excellence in operational delivery by providing guidance and oversight to enable account teams to contribute positively and holistically manage the fulfilment of our commitment to the customer.
Through the development and execution of a Global Account Business Plan, the Global Alliance Director will be responsible for the profitable growth of the account portfolio's revenue and profit targets.
Key Responsibilities:
P&L, contract management and governance:
- Responsible for the financial performance of the assigned account(s)
- It indirectly directs resources to deliver the contract, managing the interpretation of the scope as needed.
- Leads the sponsorship essential to meet the contract, managing the interpretation of the scope as needed.
- Ensures that the "promise" to the customer is delivered – sets the tone and culture of how GWS delivers.
- Engages executives as needed to leverage the broader GWS portfolio to introduce new business insights and pricing as part of an integrated set of services
- Ability to negotiate, administer contracts and possess a solid understanding of contract terms and implications.
Customer relationship management and development:
- Manage the contractual relationship, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader to develop the business relationship with the customer.
- Demonstrates credibility and thought leadership, influencing business results.
- Manages enterprise-wide customer relationships at senior levels, acting as an extension of the customer's leadership team.
- Creates alignment between customer needs and organizational delivery
- Manage escalation and troubleshooting
Strategic Planning and Value Creation:
- Account Growth
- Acts as an expert in the client's business, culture and strategy by actively contributing to the improvement of the client's business.
- Supports the growth of the client business through the development and execution of an account business plan
- Influences the client's planning and budgeting process to improve value and optimize performance.
- Represents the interests of customers, both externally and internally, to GWS.
- Strategic interpreter of needs and identification of new value-added services
- Adapts, plans, integrates portfolio contraction and expansion.
- Ensures the successful management of scope expansion and renewal activities.
- Establishes and implements the resource and people strategy.
Integration and Service Delivery Assurance:
- This role acts as a single point of contact for communication to and from the senior customer.
- Act as a team leader and be responsible for the delivery of all services affecting clients; Manage the escalation process.
- Ensures effective communication on material issues with and between all functional areas of the account team and service delivery team, as well as within GWS leadership and executive management.
