Events Administrator

Location: Solihull (with flexibility to work across client venues)

Are you an organised, proactive administrator with a passion for delivering exceptional service? CBRE’s Events Team is looking for an Events Administrator to join our dynamic and fast‑paced environment, supporting event operations, client services, and administrative processes that keep our service delivery running smoothly.

About the Role

As an Events Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting both our team and our clients through vital administrative tasks. You’ll act as a first point of contact, providing professional support via phone, email, and in person. Working closely with operational teams, office staff, and supply chain partners, you’ll help ensure that every event is delivered to the highest standard.

This role reports directly to the Account Co‑Ordinator and includes involvement in staff record management, supplier administration, processing work orders and purchase orders, and extracting data through client systems.

You will also support front-of-house services during event build periods, so some flexibility and occasional overtime will be required.
