About the Role:What You’ll Need:
As a CBRE Commercial Manager, you will be dedicated to an important client and will be based in Milan’s office. The Commercial Manager supports the Project Managers’ team by educating, influencing and advising key stakeholders on commercial best practice, to contribute to long-term growth and profitability.
What You’ll Do:- Be the subject matter expert on commercial agreements, including but not limited to commercial terms, areas of risk and reward, operational compliance, cost control, bank / insurance guarantee, insurance coverages, milestone obligations
- Work within the Commercial Team and in cooperation with the stakeholders and the organization, ensuring the goals are achieved and exceeded
- Take part to internal meetings, deliver reporting activities, deliver internal commercial trainings
- Take part to meetings with client or suppliers to negotiate contracts on a timely basis, to the mutual satisfaction of both parties
- Support the transition of the contract, including the education and influence of the Operational and Procurement Teams in managing, mitigating and flowing down risk
- Promote compliance with Commercial policy and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in legal or business economy matters preferred
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role and preferably in a company delivering facility management services and projects
- A good knowledge of the English language
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products; examples include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Sales focused negotiation skills and customer focused approach
- Able to work independently and in group, with experience of working in a multinational organization
- Flexible approach, diligent, discrete, compliant with company policies and responsive to key business objectives
- Knowledge of Public Contracts Procurement Code (Legislative Decree 36/2023) and GDPR is considered positively
- Available for short business trips
