Job Information:
Job Title: Senior Surveyor or Associate Director (experience dependent)
Location: 3rd Floor Connaught House 1 Burlington Road Dublin 4 D04 C5Y6
Reports to: Head of Industrial & Logistics
The role:
- Member of the CBRE Industrial & Logistics Team
- Providing advice to clients in the below areas:
- Leasing and Sales
- Occupier Representation
- Development
- Land Sales and Acquisitions
- Valuation/Consultancy
- Research
What is required:
- Chartered Surveyor via SCSI/RICS or working towards Chartership
- Candidates should have a general knowledge and understanding of the commercial property market
- Excellent communication skills and capable of building their own client base
- Ability to build rapport and develop good relationships with clients and colleagues
- Excellent report writing, analytical, numerical skills and strong attention to detail (Red Book Valuation/Professional Services experience an advantage)
- Highly organised and motivated with ability to work on own initiative
- IT Skills - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
