Job Summary:

MIS staff is responsible to for all the Documents related to client . Also responsible for all reports preparation including Budget vs Actuals, CAPEX/OPEX , MMR/any specific reports asked by management time to time

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Reports to Property Manager.

·       Preparation of MIS reports , PPTs and XL reports

·       Coordination with SEZ

·       Statutory compliance skills

·       Coordinating with the Property Manager to conduct the induction training for new joiners.

·       Coordination during Financial Audits

·       CAPEX and OPEX preparation , budget vs Actuals

·       Preparation and Submission of Weekly, Monthly & Annual reports

·       Maintain all report documents in the system

·       Prepare and submit any adhoc document required by the management time to time
