Area Technical Supervisor – Commercial Offices

Location: London (multi‑site portfolio)

We’re recruiting an Area Technical Supervisor to oversee hard FM service delivery across a portfolio of commercial office buildings. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for engineers, compliance and performance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise technical service delivery across multiple commercial office buildings
• Ensure PPM and reactive works meet SLA, statutory and H&S requirements
• Line manage on‑site engineers and oversee specialist subcontractors
• Act as technical escalation point for faults, incidents and compliance issues
• Support audits, RAMS, permits and safe systems of work
• Provide technical input to small works, quotes and minor projects
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships

About You:

• Strong building services background (electrical or mechanical bias)
• Experience supervising engineers across multiple sites
• Solid knowledge of H&S and statutory compliance
• Organised, proactive and confident managing a varied portfolio
• CAFM and MS Office experience

Desirable:

• Hard FM / commercial office experience
• IOSH or similar qualification
