We are recruiting an Administrator to provide structured administrative and documentation support to site-based operational and project teams in Ballydine.
This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on document handling, record control, and general
administrative duties. The successful candidate will support the smooth day-to-day running of
operations by ensuring documentation is accurately maintained, tracked, and accessible, while also
assisting teams with routine administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities
• Submission, tracking, and control of documentation including task orders, reports,
correspondence, and approvals
• Maintenance and control of critical documents and records
• Checking document criteria and accuracy using Excel
• Tracking document status, approvals, and version control
• Scanning, filing, photocopying, and uploading documentation to shared systems
• Archiving and organising physical and digital records
• Manual handling tasks, including moving and organising boxes of files where required
• Providing general administrative support to operational and project teams
• Assisting with report preparation and routine data administration

Essential Experience & Skills
• 3–5 years’ experience in an administrative role, ideally within a technical, engineering,
pharmaceutical, or facilities environment
• Strong IT skills with proven experience using MS Word and advanced MS Excel
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable supporting different teams as required
