About the Role:
As a CBRE Lease Admin Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for entering and maintaining tenant lease data in client’s Yardi accounting database and related Lease Administration tasks.
This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services.
What You’ll Do:
• Abstract fully executed lease documents into Yardi accounting system with high degree of accuracy and timeliness in accordance with client specifications and relevant accounting deadlines.
• Monitor and maintain lease-related information, such as Letters of Credit, security reductions, critical lease dates, termination fee payments, tenant move dates.
• Manage lease options and encumbrances in Yardi to a very high degree of accuracy.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
• Work closely with the Property Accounting and Accounts Receivables teams to manage tenant information and account.
• Provide lease interpretation and research to internal departments and clients.
• Verify lease transaction support documentation, including validating commissions and other lease-related calculations.
• Timely and accurately prepare and/or assist with monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
• Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
• Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager strongly preferred.
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve complex problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to be proactive, flexible, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
