Step into a career defining opportunity with CBRE. We’re searching for a confident and proactive Senior Facilities Manager to take the lead on the day to day operational management of a well maintained portfolio of industrial assets on the IFM Investors account.

Your Impact
You’ll be the operational heartbeat of the industrial portfolio, driving safety, performance, efficiency and a high standard of presentation across all assets.
Key Responsibilities
- End to end facilities management across multiple industrial assets
- Contractor oversight, procurement engagement and performance monitoring
- Preventative and reactive maintenance coordination
- Budgeting, forecasting and proactive cost control
- WHS, compliance and essential services governance
- Strong tenant engagement and timely resolution of operational needs
- Coordination of minor capital works, improvements and upgrades
About You
You’re a proactive, organised FM who enjoys owning your portfolio and building strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.
You’ll bring:
- Proven industrial FM experience
- Strong WHS, compliance and essential services knowledge
- Confidence working with contractors and multiple stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
