Senior Business Systems Analyst

About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, technical oriented person with attention to details and great communication skills.

What You’ll Do:
  • Administration of Business Intelligence dashboards.
  • Managing user access to supported BI servers.
  • Development and maintenance of Power BI and Tableau dashboards for Senior Leadership, providing accurate reporting on KPIs and team results.
  • Directly reporting to GDO Team Lead.
  • Regular reporting on completed cases, user management, project completion, and additional statistics.
  • Potential back-up support for other platforms supported by PS Technology.
  • Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

What You’ll Need: 
  • Fluent English is a must.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce Platform.
  • Project coordination experience and stakeholder-facing roles (internal & external) are strongly recommended.
  • Experience in data administration, real estate, accounting, or data analysis will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work under time pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Team player and fast learner.
