The Team
The Sanofi Account went live on 1st Jan 2025 and has now successfully stabilized. The Account across M&S Asia is now entering its next phase of its evolution - to further drive efficiencies and savings across the account, as well as further embedding Quality, Compliance and HSE across the services delivered.
This is a leadership role and forms part of the APAC Leadership team for the Sanofi Account, as well as ensuring the team across six (6) M&S APAC sites are highly motivated and a high performing team. that is aligned to the account key objectives and is hyper-focused on achieving the desired outcomes in this important next phase of the account development. In addition, this role will be drive and further develop strong relationships with the key Sanofi M&S APAC stakeholder, as well as the Sanofi Site SPOCs.
The M&S APAC Lead for the Sanofi Account is the single point accountability for the overall successful delivery of the six (6) M&S APAC sites operations, budget, performance, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Identification and implementation of efficiencies into operations
· Savings / glidepath achievement · SLA & KPI performance
· Client satisfaction · Personnel development, management, and oversight
· Client Relationship development · Budget development and execution
· Business continuity plans at Site Level
· Compliance (HSE, Quality, regulatory)
· Hard and soft services delivery, including O&M, food services, and workplace experience
· Operations and maintenance delivery
· Planning & scheduling
· Supplier purchase orders, on-site oversight, and performance
Required Knowledge and Skills:
· FM experience working in GxP / GMP / Manufacturing facilities
· Solid experience in the fundamentals of Quality, Compliance and HSE (in a Manufacturing / GxP context)
· Bilingual – Chinese (Mandarin) and English
· Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline, multiple job disciplines, and department.
· Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
· Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
· Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
· Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations
