About the Role: 
As a CBRE Office Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the team responsible for all aspects of administrative support to a department, client, or property. 
This job is part of the Office Operations function. They are responsible for providing office support to a client, business function or individual contributor. 


What You’ll Do: 
  • Assist in managing the day-to-day workflow of office staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures. Develop and maintain work procedures and schedules. 
  • Resolve client concerns and answer questions regarding policies and procedures.
  • Manage new employee orientation. Order new equipment and software.
  • Assist in facilities projects and act as on-site contact for Project Managers and vendors.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and resolve issues.
  • Enforce compliance with the company's record retention program for paper and electronic files and approve record retrieval requests from off-site storage vendors.
  • Partner with IT to evaluate and solve technological needs.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team including arranging travel, preparing workbooks and business plans, and setting up events. – Provide backup support to Concierge/Front Desk.
  • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
  • May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
  • Has a direct impact on team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
  • Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus. 
  • Oversee the tracking of office transactions (listings, sales/leases, expenses, client reimbursements, etc.)
  • Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
  • Provide effective business support to the sales team to assist in achieving financial targets and succeeding in team objectives
  • Coordinate the production and execution of property marketing campaigns that include property information materials, comparable market analyses, and targeted mailing lists.

What You’ll Need: 
To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily.   • High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
  • Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products. Examples include InDesign, Photoshop, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. 
  • Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset. 
  • Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
  • Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
