About the Role:

As a CBRE Managing Director (Office Investor leasing), you will serve as a senior-level strategic partner focused on accelerating enterprise investor leasing growth across the U.S. office sector.

This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of office and commercial properties on behalf of clients, with a specific focus on enterprise-level investor relationships and portfolio strategy.

What You'll Do:

Support and co-lead enterprise investor pursuits, helping transform single-asset assignments into national, portfolio-wide engagements.

Partner closely with senior leadership to advance high-priority revenue initiatives, ensuring alignment with national growth strategies.

Maintain client momentum by leading follow-ups, advancing deal strategy, strengthening relationships, and ensuring consistent engagement with institutional owners.

Engage directly with senior real estate executives, investment managers, and ownership groups, demonstrating strong business acumen and the ability to operate credibly at the C-suite level.

Drive new business development efforts across major markets including New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, with regular travel required.

Assist in preparing and delivering high-impact presentations, pitch materials, and strategic proposals tailored to institutional investors.

Operate independently to identify opportunities, build strategic account plans, and unlock cross-platform services within CBRE.

Collaborate across service lines to bring forward integrated solutions that deepen enterprise relationships and expand wallet share.

Apply advanced market knowledge and investor insight to inform leasing strategies, capital positioning, and competitive differentiation.

Lead by example and model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence internal and external stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and drive consensus across complex environments.

Identify and solve multi-dimensional business challenges, leveraging internal resources and enterprise data to create strategic advantage.

Significantly improve and elevate enterprise pursuit strategy, client engagement models, and national investor coordination efforts.

What You’ll Need


Extensive experience in investor or agency leasing, institutional real estate advisory, or similar enterprise-facing brokerage roles.

Proven track record of developing and expanding relationships with institutional owners, investment managers, and senior real estate decision-makers.

Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a senior-facing environment without requiring operational oversight responsibilities.

Strong executive presence, relationship-building capability, and strategic thinking skills.

Experience supporting or leading complex, multi-market pursuits and enterprise-level revenue initiatives.

Willingness and ability to travel regularly to major U.S. markets.

High business acumen with the ability to translate market intelligence into actionable growth strategies.
