About the Role:
As a CBRE Sr Healthcare Occupancy Consultant, you will manage the delivery of large to high-profile portfolio plans, occupancy strategies, and work environment solutions.
This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operations and investments.
What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to complex strategic plans for optimizing clients' property portfolios. Grow business relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal partners and clients to understand direction and workplace needs. Forecast space requirements against business and market conditions.
- Identify data for the creation of physical or virtual space solutions. Produce a visual display of quantitative and qualitative information. Illustrate relationships that impact spaces.
- Collaborate with occupiers through change management. Educate on new ways of working. Train on how to evaluate effective workplace performance.
- Guide clients in accepting flexible ways of working and aligning business management to adopt change.
- Create, review, and approve migration and origination plans, as well as schematic schedules. Serve as point of contact throughout the Migration Planning Process. Maintain thorough knowledge of space needs and changing workplace environment.
- Measure work environment efficiency, effectiveness, and expression. Attend key stakeholders, and board meetings, and obtain approvals to proceed when needed.
- Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
- Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.
- Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.
- Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum compensation for the Sr Healthcare Occupancy Consultant position is $135,000 per year and the maximum salary for the position is $165,000 per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
