About the Role:

This onsite role is based in San Antonio, TX and follows a Monday through Friday schedule. As a CBRE Senior Data Analyst, you will conduct a wide range of analytical work to support business decisions, ensuring that insights, recommendations, and conclusions are grounded in accurate data, rigorous research, and clear analytical reasoning.

The position sits within the Data Science & Analytics function, where the focus is on evaluating and interpreting data to improve business effectiveness and anticipate outcomes. In this role, you will contribute to the development of business intelligence by translating complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.


What You’ll Do:
  • Aggregate, cleanse, validate, and standardize data from multiple sources to produce high‑quality reporting and insights.
  • Perform ad‑hoc and strategic analysis of structured and unstructured data related to global real estate markets and asset operations.
  • Design and maintain data structures, pipelines, and reporting solutions to meet complex business requirements.
  • Define data needs and apply judgment, statistical testing, and modeling techniques to extract actionable insights.
  • Leverage programming, open‑source tools, and optimization methods to maximize data usage and improve business performance.
  • Develop and deliver ad‑hoc and recurring reports, clearly presenting complex data stories to diverse organizational audiences.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity while collaborating with agile development teams to enhance processes, programs, and tools.
  • Operate within established procedures while exercising sound judgment, leading by example, and positively impacting team outcomes consistent with CBRE RISE values.

What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. A combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
  • Ability to understand possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Preferred experience in Tableau 
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
