About the Role:

As a CBRE Space Planner, you will work with client teams for all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process.

This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function. They are responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.

What You’ll Do:
  • Track and monitor all small to medium-sized non-project-related moves, planning, and inventory of furniture and workstations.
  • Collect, organize, and evaluate data related to the client’s facility requirements and physical space needs.
  • Complete a supply and demand assessment data evaluation and provide recommendations to the client for review.
  • Attend meetings with client representatives and assist with the facilitation of the planning of space requirements.
  • Update drawings and related databases.
  • Report to client and service delivery partners on work environment and delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.
  • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a

candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is 

$65K per year and the maximum salary for the position is

or $75K per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate

will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.  Successful candidates will also

be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
