About the Role:

 

As a CBRE Roving (Mobile) Technician, you will provide on-site maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting support across multiple locations. This role ensures equipment, facilities, and systems are operating safely and efficiently by responding to scheduled maintenance activities and on-call service requests.

 

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

 

What You’ll Do:

  •  Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance across assigned sites
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or general building issues
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify potential faults or safety risks
  • Complete minor installations, adjustments, and component replacements
  • Travel between multiple locations based on work schedules or service calls

 

About you:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any course related to Facilities Management or Engineering
  • NCII Certificate required preferably with valid Driver's License (4 wheels)
  • At least 3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/Maintenance
  • Has strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment (Electrical/Mechanical/HVAC)
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
  • Can start ASAP
