Job Description & Requirement

  1. Familiar with Energy sector, preferably with lab and STP requirement. MEP background preferred.
  2. To lead the design, procurement, execution and close out processes.
  3. To ensure effective liaison between client, stakeholders to vendors and keep project timeline and cost within budget.
  4. Act as client project manager / representative on all coordination matters and as single point of contact between GC and stakeholders.
  5. Set up and lead meetings
  6. Produce detailed programme schedule
  7. Prepare RFP documents and manage tender process for consultants and GC
  8. Prepare weekly report, monthly reporting as required by client.
  9. Assist vendors on the access requirement, ie pass application, SIC, etc.
  10. Review method statement, risk assessment submitted by GC.
  11. Set up and manage client’s tools and processes, ie
    1. Memorandum of understanding and management of change
    2. Review of chemical usage and seek HSE/SSHE /FM guidance on the approval process.
    3. Governance checklist, and related project documentation
    4. Change register, change request, cost proposal
    5. Progress claim from client and payment certification to vendors
    6. Asset and close out documentation
    7. Site walk and V&V of site activities following client requirement
    8. Steward safety meeting with guidance from SSHE manager
  12. Issue permit for site activities as required.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with the Energy sector, preferably with lab and STP requirements
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with design, procurement, execution, and close-out processes
  • Excellent communication and liaison skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
