Job Title:  Marketing Coordinator

Location: 3rd Floor Connaught House 1 Burlington Road Dublin 4 D04 C5Y6        

Reports to: Head of Marketing     

 

CBRE is currently seeking a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join its growing team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality marketing and design outputs across web, print, digital, events and campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

This role suits someone with strong design capability, excellent organisational skills, and an interest in innovative technologies, systems and integrated marketing delivery.

Key Responsibilities


  • Apply and uphold CBRE marketing standards and brand guidelines across all outputs
  • Work through the full design process to create branded web, print, presentation and digital materials with strong visual impact
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and the MS Suite(including PowerPoint).
  • Interpret ideas and instructions from a variety of sources and, with guidance, translate them into effective graphic and digital formats from concept through to completion (print and electronic)
  • Assist in the design and production of research reports, publications and supporting materials
  • Support agency divisions in the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns, ensuring projects are followed through end to end
  • Coordinate and produce display advertising, including booking, scheduling and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and budgets
  • Support online and digital campaigns, including coordination and design of web and social media advertising creatives (HTML knowledge desirable)
  • Assist in the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing support for events, campaigns and initiatives as required
  • Work collaboratively with designers, sales agents and business stakeholders across the Marketing and Agency teams
  • Assist with the creation of agency pitches in collaboration with the Pitch Coordinator, including information gathering, coordination and design
  • Liaise with and manage relationships with external service providers (e.g. printers, media suppliers, design agencies, photographers, event venues)
  • Assist in the development, creation and curation of engaging social media content, including written, video and photographic material
  • Provide administrative support as required, including creating and managing Purchase Orders for processing printing, advertising and supplier invoices
  • Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be required to support the effective performance of the role
  • Ability to to interpret, analyse and present data from social media reports and website analytics to support evidence-based communications and marketing activity


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

 

Technical

 

  • Intermediate to advanced level Adobe CS3 – Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Dreamweaver/HTML skills desirable
  • Previous experience in working with a Website CMS advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in written and visual content
