Join our team at CBRE GWS as a Finance Analyst! We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to support our financial operations across EMEA. This is a remote position based in Poland, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced international project and develop your finance expertise.


What You Will Do:
  • Manage and execute accounting transactions, ensuring accuracy for client financial statement packages.
  • Prepare and post journal entries, meticulously recording all financial transactions (expenses, receipts, distributions, funding).
  • Compile and generate accurate financial packages and reports, utilizing data from diverse sources.
  • Develop and deliver monthly forecasts, providing clear variance explanations.
  • Oversee monthly billing, revenue recognition, and accrual processes, including allocation management.
  • Support month-end closing activities, collaborating with controllers to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Respond to and resolve accounting inquiries and requests from management, vendors, and clients.
  • Proactively research and address accounting issues, identifying potential risks and implementing corrective measures.
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing financial trends and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize scenario planning tools/models to analyze business conditions and inform financial strategies.

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor/Master's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Finance or related.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong understanding of Finance principles and accounting fundamentals.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, PeopleSoft).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently, requiring minimal supervision.
  • Organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
