·       Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance tasks within the facilities team.

·       Coordinate facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

·       Manage facility budgets, expenses, and resource allocations effectively.

·       Lead and mentor facility staff to ensure high performance and productivity.

·       Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.

·       Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors for facility repairs and services.

·       Ensure timely response to facility-related issues and emergencies.

·       Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to facility operations.

·       Collaborate with other departments to support their facility-related needs.

·       Leading projects / tasks E2E in coordination with Suppliers.

·       Maintain data and documents and readiness for internal/external audits and presenting data to senior management.

·       Handle end-to-end office transport operations and management of transport services.

·       Responsible for maintaining all legal documents, ensuring they are up-to-date, organized, and accessible.

·       Ensuring the timely renewals of all lease and agreements.

·       Responsible for managing office security and conducting fire drills.

·       Must have basic knowledge of technical systems and fire safety protocols.

·       Coordinate with the procurement team for Supplier-related work, including raising Purchase Orders.

·       Raise invoices with finance to ensure timely payments to all suppliers.

·       Allocate and manage desks by coordinating closely with all Business Units.

·       Work with the Badging team on access card data and recovery of physical cards.

·       Adhere to global OHS polices and regulations and complete all required reports on time.

Resource Planning:

·       Forecasting and planning of resource requirements

·       Manage resources efficiently through peaks and both on and offsite events.

·       Ensure contingency planning is in place for critical resources.

People Management / Development:

·       Develop team skills and help members reach their full potential.

·       Regularly assess and enhance team competencies.

·       Address performance issues with action plans and coaching.

·       Foster a motivating work environment to boost engagement and retention.
