About the role
As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a key role supporting the Facilities Management team across IFM’s CBD commercial office assets. You will help ensure buildings operate smoothly, safely and efficiently. Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day to day operations of commercial properties
- Coordinating planned, preventative and reactive maintenance activities
- Attending onsite meetings and organising contractor access
- Conducting regular site inspections and assisting with compliance reporting
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and vendor documentation
- Ensuring tenants receive timely, high quality service
- Maintaining asset registers and associated records
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and building users
About You
- Some experience in facilities, property, building operations or a related field is preferred, however we are open to people with similar experience looking for their first role in property
- An understanding of building services is beneficial
- Strong customer service and relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Proactive, organised and keen to learn
