CBRE is expanding our Placemaking & Hospitality team, and we’re looking for a Part - Time Client Experience & Digital Platform Specialist (3 days a week ) to help deliver exceptional workplace experiences across a portfolio of premium assets in Melbourne. You will deliver tenant experience & placemaking services to multiple clients and provide digital platform support to our strategic clients via the CBRE’s Host VTS Platform

This is a unique hybrid role for someone who enjoys events, placemaking, community engagement and digital platforms, and wants to see their work make a visible impact every day.

About the role

In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of people, place and technology.

Client Experience & Placemaking

  • Plan and deliver monthly experiences, events and activations across building lobbies and shared spaces including the end to end delivery of initiatives including pop ups, wellbeing programs, concierge services and campaigns
  • Manage content distribution and create interactive digital experiences to optimize operational efficiency and communication
  • Coordinate vendors and contractors, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on budget and safely
  • Measure and report on the impact of experiences using insights and data

Digital Platform Support

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and onboard vendors and partners for placemaking initiatives
  • Utilize the Host app to digitize access and bookings for amenities and Concierge services
  • Manage app content, promotions and campaigns

About you

You’re a natural collaborator who enjoys creating great experiences and working with people...

  • University Graduate with a few years experience in a similar role 
  • Demonstrated in a similar role in client experience, events, placemaking, workplace experience and digital platform support
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Confidence working with digital platforms, apps or content management systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset, creativity and problem-solving skills. 
  • Experience managing event budgets or reviewing digital engagement data is a bonus, but not essential.
