This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their career in program management and real estate.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain and enhance program reporting (dashboards, trackers, executive summaries) to provide clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Analyze data across multiple workstreams (Transactions, Projects, Workplace Services) to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Support preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and leadership presentations.
  • Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) across programs, ensuring accurate data collection, ongoing performance monitoring, and alignment to client and PMO objectives.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, timely communication, and issue resolution.
  • Facilitate meetings, capture notes, and track action items to ensure follow-through.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Support the development and maintenance of PMO tools, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Help drive consistency across regions by supporting global standards and best practices.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights.
  • Analytical mindset with experience working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, PowerPoint/Slides, and project management platforms.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
  • Proactive, self-starter and high degree of motivation.
  • Highly responsive and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Ability to operate in a high impact, fast-paced environment with ambiguity

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with program management frameworks or PMO environments.
  • Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Interest in AI-enabled workflows, automation, and process innovation.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
