About the Role
The Product Manager for CBRE Insights team acts as a team leader and operational product lead for the CBRE Insights data initiatives, with an emphasis on driving strong traditional product management practices across our data products. As the demand for trusted, scalable analytics and AI-ready data accelerates among our clients, this role will be instrumental in improving how business requirements are captured, refined, and translated into technical requirements that support reporting, analytics, and data initiatives.

The role will be a key contributor to our data strategy and products, instrumental in planning, creating, and maintaining feature level roadmaps that realize the business priorities, working closely with our engineering partners to guide them on the feasibility of those plans through a thorough understanding of the technical capabilities and needs of those features. A key focus of the role will be ensuring agile processes are followed, stories are written in accordance with established standards, and requirements include the necessary unit tests and QA in alignment with defined guidelines.

In addition to planning, the Product Manager will be responsible for the successful execution and continuous improvement of data product delivery, ensuring timely execution of scope and readiness for downstream business and technology needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, agile and scrum-based delivery, and project management fundamentals, along with a track record of delivering scalable, client-facing data solutions through well-defined requirements, effective story development, and strong partnership with engineering and QA teams.
