About the Role:

This hands-on and detail-oriented generalist role will manage and execute essential HR functions in a matrix-oriented environment. Operationally focused and involves day-to-day responsibilities in compensation and benefits administration, talent acquisition coordination, regulatory compliance, and data management. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services to employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer employees’ compensation and benefits (including HMO administration etc) , off-cycle enrolment and troubleshooting eligibility inquiries.
  • Review and process Qualified Life Events, providing direct employee follow-up where necessary.
  • Work with benefits vendors to ensure proper enrolment, invoice processing and delivery of services.
  • Educate employees on benefits options and support annual open enrolment processes.
  • Act as a talent acquisition coordinator to collect pre-onboarding documentation and processing.,   
  • Assist employees with inquiries regarding leave programs, ensuring compliance with plan guidelines.
  • Provide guidance on policies and practices, directing questions to appropriate centers of excellence.
  • Maintain meticulous records and manage data within HRIS platforms.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance HR service delivery and improve processes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Min 3 years of experience in HR Operations/ Generalist and familiar with DOLE Requirements 
  • Experience in using ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR functions (benefits, recruitment, or HR operations preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
  • Experience working in shared services or BPO environments is an advantage
