About the Role:
As a CBRE HSE Consultant, you will assist in the management of Environmental Health and Safety programs relative to a specific account or market area.
This job is part of the Environment Health and Safety function. They are responsible for organizational programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in managing HSE programs to meet regulatory and client requirements.
- Drive and implement Wells Fargo's H&S strategy.
- Support monitoring of injury, illness, and incident performance.
- Provide technical support to Facilities and Operations teams.
- Offer day‑to‑day HSE guidance to CBRE teams, vendors, and Wells Fargo.
- Coordinate risk management across APAC, including the Philippines.
- Oversee playbooks, plans, and procedures for completeness and compliance.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities while improving HSE quality.
- Manage work schedules and delegate tasks.
- Resolve complex safety issues and propose improved solutions.
- Monitor and report KPIs ensuring legal compliance.
- Maintain and execute an updated audit schedule.
- Track and support H&S training completion.
- Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
- Compile performance reports and drive continuous improvement.
- Participate in central HSE forums and cross‑account initiatives.
About you:
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field)
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in Specialist and strategic supervisory experience in Health, Safety and Environmental Management
- Knowledgeable with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
- Completed the Mandatory 40-hour Basic OSH training course
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards
- Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays
