ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.      Strategic Leadership & Expansion: Support business development and expansion efforts across designated region and support growth initiatives through strategic planning and execution.

2.      Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key occupiers, developers, and institutional clients. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

3.      Sector Expertise: Leverage deep domain knowledge across multiple sectors—Office, ILS, Retail, Education, Healthcare, and Hospitality—to deliver tailored solutions and drive sector-specific growth.

4.      Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, cross-selling CBRE’s integrated services, and expanding existing client portfolios.

5.      Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

6.      Cross-functional Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with other CBRE service lines (e.g., Capital Markets, Valuation, Project Management) to deliver holistic, value-driven solutions to clients.

7.      Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates on business pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership.

8.      Location Flexibility: Based within Metro Manila with willingness to travel across key markets



QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management or related field (Required)
  • Minimum of at least 6 years' experience in business development, real estate advisory, or corporate leasing.
  • Proven success in leading teams and managing large-scale client engagements.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine commercial real estate market
  • Demonstrated expertise across multiple real estate sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
