The Opportunity
  • Intermediate building surveyor recently RICS chartered or close to.
  • Able to provide high quality commercial advise from a consultancy perspective to a diverse range of institutional investors, landlords and corporate occupiers across all asset classes. 
  • Experienced and able to assist with technical due diligence, make good & dilapidations, CAPEX planning, project monitoring and schedules of condition.
  • 6 month fixed-term contract – applications welcomed from those on working holiday visa’s

As the successful candidate you will be:
  • Degree qualified (building surveying) with likely 2-5 years commercial consultancy experience
  • Recently MRICS chartered or actively pursuing the RICS APC with the intent to sit the final assessment within the next 6–12 months.
  • Strong understanding of the NZ Building Act and Building Code, Proficiency in defect diagnosis, commercial building pathology and general construction types
  • A desire to work with the country’s largest projects and clients.
