The Opportunity
CBRE is seeking a resourceful and dynamic individual to provide administrative and marketing support to the sales team's business plan objectives. You will be responsible for preparing proposals, presentations, and communication materials. Coordinates the distribution of internal and external marketing information. This role is the backbone of the sales team and is highly valued.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drafting contracts for clients in all stages of the trade process (listings, commission agreements, representation agreements, agreements of purchase & sale, etc. Ensure TRESA standards are met)
- Overseeing the deal process – coordinating collection of due diligence materials, deposits, sanctions and risk assessment forms, key dates summaries, collecting lawyer information, trade records, FINTRAC, updating internal spreadsheets to ensure we have correct deal timelines, sending out reminders to agents and/or clients on timelines.
- Communicating with clients on the above items and addressing inquiries that come in on properties.
- Responsible for running the daily team meetings, updating the team’s project spreadsheet to ensure projects are moving along, correct prioritization of urgent projects, and meeting deadlines.
- Coordination of Marketing Materials/Pitches – Updating the marketing materials, pitches, CLs, and other required deliverables. Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials to the graphics team to update or create new pieces.
- Other duties may be assigned.
What we require
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college required. Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university preferred.
- Some experience providing administrative support to a team of professional; experience in the Real Estate industry preferred.
- Real Estate License is not required but preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, internet research, and web publishing skills, preferred
- Knowledge of financial terms and principles, preferred
- Knowledge of accounting and/or business law will be considered an asset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The salary being offered for this position is $55,000 annually. This role will provide the following benefits: generous paid time off, Group Retirement Program, Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Life Insurance and more.
