  • Candidate should have more than 6 years of experience in Facility Management, handling maintenance and engineering teams.
  • Candidate should have relevant experience specifically in base building operations within a corporate campus environment.
  • Strong exposure to building compliance activities is required.
  • Must have experience in managing mandatory statutory documentation and submissions to government departments such as CPCB, KSPCB, KGWA, and BESCOM.
  • Assist in supervising day-to-day technical maintenance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across facility operations.
  • Ensure timely renewal of AMCs, monitor preventive maintenance of all equipment, and minimize breakdown calls for critical equipment.
