About the Role:

As a CBRE Facilities Consultant, you will work with client teams for all non-project related inquiries throughout the planning process.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Facility Managers regarding all repairs, moving services, layout of space, furniture purchase, storage reconciliation and investment plans.

This role will require about 10% travel.

What You’ll Do:

Track and monitor all small to medium-sized non-project-related moves, planning, and inventory of furniture and workstations.

Collect, organize, and evaluate data related to the client’s facility requirements and physical space needs.

Attend meetings with client representatives and assist with the facilitation of the planning of space requirements.

Update drawings and related space planning databases.

Update all seating and locker numbers accurately.

Review and approve vendor contracts and specify terms of agreements.

Secure necessary operating supplies such as janitorial, office and maintenance.

Confirm company and client records are managed according to policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

Work within broad guidelines and policies.

Explain difficult or sensitive information.


What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Proficiency in Auto CAD and/or Archibus software is preferred but not required.

Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training and experience. The compensation is about $99,000 annual base salary with some potential flexibility based on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
