    • Critical Path Analysis: Conduct critical path analysis to identify key activities, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks, and advise project teams on strategies to optimize sequencing.
    • Risk & Mitigation: Identify potential schedule risks and delays, prepare Time Impact Analysis (TIA) reports, and work with construction teams to develop and implement mitigation plans.
    • Reporting: Prepare regular internal and external weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients, highlighting schedule status, key performance indicators (KPIs), and any issues.
    • Coordination: Collaborate directly with project managers, construction managers, owners, and subcontractors to ensure accurate data collection and alignment of schedules.
    • Design-Build Integration: Incorporate design development milestones into the overall schedule, ensuring design progress aligns with construction requirements in parallel design-build projects
    • Commissioning Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed schedules for testing and commissioning activities of data center systems.

    What you'll need:

      • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
      • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a strong focus on complex construction projects, ideally with previous data center experience.
      • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project; experience with EVM (Earned Value Management) is a plus.
      • Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and critical path methodology (CPM).link
      • Ability to integrate multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform.
      • Experience in forensic planning/delay analysis is preferred.
      • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
