About the Role:
As a Senior Culinary Design and Guidelines Lead, you will be embedded within a client account, leading a team of internal and external providers to execute culinary environments globally. This role requires a strong communicator with a solutions-oriented mindset to provide strategic direction, technical design expertise, and oversight for culinary spaces across the organization's campuses and facilities. You will champion innovative, high-quality food and beverage environments that align with the company's brand, culture, and workplace strategy, while maintaining a deep understanding of corporate food excellence and EHS requirements.

This is an on-site position based in Menlo Park, CA.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Leadership & Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between Culinary, Delivery, and Projects teams, ensuring an integrated approach to culinary design that adapts to unique requirements.
  • Global Program Management: Manage the end-to-end execution of culinary projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives, timelines, budget, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Design & Quality Stewardship: Serve as the primary steward of culinary design quality and standards, continuously evaluating culinary trends, feedback, and operational data to foster a best-in-class, future-proof culinary experience.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Guide and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including designers, project managers, and contractors, while managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors/service providers to ensure successful project delivery and optimize global supplier leverage.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in leading and influencing geographically dispersed teams.
  • Essential experience in the culinary field, with a detailed understanding of corporate food environments.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to develop solutions that extend beyond existing methods.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems impacting the business, utilizing both standard and innovative approaches.
  • Expert organizational skills combined with an advanced, inquisitive mindset.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, capable of complex calculations.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.  Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
