About the Role:
As a CBRE Technical Contract Support, you will provide administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation consistent with internal and client requirements.
What You’ll Do:- Collection and analysis of data related to accidents, near misses, and safety reports, with subsequent entry into internal and external management systems (Harbour, Risk Wise).
- Support in managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors regarding safety aspects and qualification within the CBRE supplier register and eKati system.
- Development of safety and quality procedures in support of quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Management and control of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including collection of documentation for subcontractor personnel and on-site audits.
- Monitoring and management of site QHSE KPIs (OP 63 and OP 61).
- Management of periodic inspections carried out by third-party bodies (overhead cranes, lifting accessories, elevators, lifelines).
- Management of work permits and induction processes for visitors and suppliers.
- Liaison with the H&S Manager (RSPP) and their collaborators; participation in audits.
- Operational management of the following services, with particular focus on the client’s food safety certifications (FDA, BRC):
- Industrial Cleaning services for production areas
- Pest Control services for the entire facility
- Management of external archives - Support in the preparation of reports, including documentation in English for colleagues.
- Management of CRITER and F-Gas systems.
- Preparation of Purchase Orders and Contracts.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
- Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
